23048Q1/S0 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 240mm, an outer diameter of 360mm, and a width of 92mm. Its core function is to provide a standard bore-sized bearing solution for the fixed end shaft systems of heavy-duty and highly-vibratory equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement vertical mills, port heavy-duty cranes, and large reducers. This solution offers high-precision pre-adjusted clearance, high rigidity positioning, and long-life stable support. It is made from GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel through deep quenching (HRC 60-64). The "Q1" represents a specific clearance group (suitable for high-precision positioning conditions), and "S0" indicates the standard tolerance and cage configuration. It has a self-aligning capability of ≤2° to compensate for the coaxiality error of the shaft system, and can withstand bidirectional axial loads and extremely strong radial heavy loads. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 1160kN, and the static load is approximately 2140kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 530-550r/min, and the oil lubrication is approximately 670-700r/min. It is suitable for low to medium-speed heavy-duty, frequent start-stop, and demanding conditions with high requirements for installation positioning accuracy and operational stability. It is the preferred supporting component for the fixed end shaft systems of heavy-duty equipment, providing high reliability and ease of maintenance.
