23048K/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 240mm, an outer diameter of 360mm, and a width of 92mm. Its core function is to provide a highly reliable main support for the shaft systems of heavy-duty and highly-vibratory equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushing equipment, cement vertical mills, port heavy cranes, and large reducers, which have long maintenance periods and heavy loads. This bearing is processed through deep quenching with GCr15 high-carbon chromium steel, achieving a hardness of HRC60-64. The inner ring features a 1:12 conical hole that is compatible with locking sleeves/retention sleeves, enabling quick installation of shafts without shoulders and precise adjustment of radial clearance. The outer ring has a W33 annular lubrication groove and 3 lubrication holes, allowing for long-term online lubrication. It has a self-aligning capacity of ≤2° and bidirectional axial load-bearing performance. It is resistant to impact, wear, and suitable for high-frequency vibration conditions. With a basic rated dynamic load of approximately 1160kN and a static load of approximately 2140kN, the grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 530-550r/min, and the oil lubrication speed is approximately 670-700r/min. It can meet the strict requirements of heavy-duty, medium-speed operation, frequent start-stop, and limited maintenance windows. It is the preferred solution for heavy-duty conical shaft bearings that balance installation flexibility and operational convenience.
