23048K is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 240mm, an outer diameter of 360mm, and a width of 92mm. Its core function is to provide a highly reliable main support that can be quickly disassembled and precisely positioned for the cone hole shaft systems of heavy-duty and highly-vibratory equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement vertical mills, port cranes, and heavy-duty reducers. It is made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel that undergoes deep quenching (HRC 60-64), with the inner ring featuring a 1:12 cone hole that is compatible with H3048 locking sleeves. The bearing can be quickly adjusted axially for preload and clearance through nuts, suitable for installation without a shoulder, and it also has automatic self-aligning (≤2° out-of-center compensation) and bidirectional axial load-bearing capabilities. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 1160kN, and the static load is approximately 2140kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 530-550r/min, and the oil lubrication is approximately 670-700r/min.
