23048F3/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 240mm, an outer diameter of 360mm, and a width of 92mm. Its core function is to provide a highly reliable main support for cylindrical hole shaft systems of heavy-duty, long-term, continuous operation equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushing equipment, cement vertical mills main shafts, port heavy cranes, and heavy reducers, which are exposed to damp dust, slight corrosion, and require long-term operation. It is made of GCr15 hardened bearing steel, with an outer ring coated with F3 anti-corrosion coating and a copper alloy cage. It also features a W33 outer ring lubrication groove + three lubrication holes structure, enabling continuous online lubrication and balancing corrosion resistance, impact resistance, self-aligning (able to compensate for ≤ 2° installation misalignment and shaft deflection), and bidirectional axial load-bearing capacity. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 1160kN, and the static load is approximately 2140kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 530-550r/min, and the oil lubrication is approximately 670-700r/min. The cylindrical hole is compatible with shafts with shoulder and neck without the need for auxiliary kits. It is pre-filled with general lithium-based lubricating grease and can be adapted to harsh conditions such as frequent start-stop, intense vibration, and long-term maintenance-free or online lubrication requirements.
