23048F3 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 240mm, an outer diameter of 360mm, and a width of 92mm. Its core function is to provide a highly reliable main support for heavy-duty and highly-vibrating equipment with cylindrical holes in the shaft system operating in humid dust and mild corrosive environments, such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement vertical mills, port cranes, and heavy-duty conveying machinery. It achieves this by featuring an F3 anti-corrosion coating on the outer ring, GCr15 hardened bearing steel material, and copper alloy cage. It combines anti-corrosion, impact resistance, and self-aligning capabilities, making it suitable for low to medium-speed heavy-duty equipment that requires frequent start-stop and intense vibration. The cylindrical hole design is suitable for shafts with shoulder shaft necks, and installation does not require auxiliary kits. It is pre-filled with general lithium-based lubricating grease and can directly meet the requirements of routine working conditions.
