23052 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 260mm, an outer diameter of 400mm, and a width of 104mm. Its core function is to provide a highly rigid and stable support solution that can compensate for ≤ 2° coaxiality errors for the fixed/floatable shaft systems of heavy-duty and highly-vibratory equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement vertical mills, port heavy-duty cranes, and large reducers. It is made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel that undergoes deep quenching (HRC 60-64). The cylindrical hole is designed in a standard manner to fit shafts with shoulder-shaped necks, capable of withstanding bidirectional axial loads and extremely strong radial heavy loads. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 1675kN, and the static load is approximately 2550kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 480-500r/min, and the oil lubrication is approximately 610-630r/min. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as low to medium speed heavy loads, frequent start-stop operations, and situations where there is shaft misalignment or deflection.
