23052/C3W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 260mm, an outer diameter of 400mm, and a width of 104mm. Its core function is to provide high rigidity self-aligning support for the shaft systems of heavy-duty and highly-vibratory equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement vertical mills, port heavy cranes, and large reducers. The C3 design with increased radial clearance is suitable for temperature variations with large expansion, and the W33 outer ring with lubrication grooves and three lubrication holes enables continuous lubrication supply. The cylindrical hole is designed to accommodate shaft necks with shoulders, capable of withstanding bidirectional axial loads and extremely strong radial heavy loads, and can compensate for ≤2° coaxiality errors. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 1675kN, and the static load is approximately 2550kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 480r/min, and the oil lubrication speed is approximately 600r/min.
