23052/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 260mm, an outer diameter of 400mm, and a width of 104mm. Its core function is to provide high rigidity self-aligning support for the shaft systems of heavy-duty equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement vertical mills, port heavy cranes, and large reducers, where there is shaft misalignment or deflection. The cylindrical holes are compatible with shaft necks with shoulders, and installation is stable without the need for additional auxiliary components. The design of the annular lubrication groove on the outer ring of W33 and 3 lubrication holes enables continuous online lubrication, suitable for working conditions requiring long-term maintenance. It can withstand extremely strong radial loads and bidirectional axial loads, compensate for ≤2° coaxiality errors, has a basic rated dynamic load of approximately 1675kN, and a static load of approximately 2550kN. The limit speed for grease lubrication is approximately 480r/min, and for oil lubrication, it is approximately 600r/min. It is suitable for harsh scenarios such as low to medium speed heavy loads, strong vibrations, and long-term lubrication requirements, and is a core supporting component for heavy-duty equipment shaft systems with high load-bearing capacity, self-aligning function, and ease of maintenance.
