The 230/950CA/W33 is an extra-large self-aligning roller bearing, designed to provide stable support, self-aligning capability and high durability for medium and low-speed, heavy-duty equipment that is subject to extreme radial loads and bidirectional axial loads, with shaft deflection/installation errors, and requires long-term lubrication. It features "CA" (symmetrical spherical rollers + double flanges on the inner ring + brass machined cage) to enhance its heavy-load carrying capacity and adapt to complex loading scenarios. The spherical raceway on the outer ring enables self-aligning to compensate for operational errors. The "W33" oil groove and oil holes ensure continuous lubrication and extend the maintenance cycle. With an inner diameter of 950mm, an outer diameter of 1360mm, and a width of 315mm, it is suitable for dynamic loads of approximately 14,000kN, static loads of 27,000kN (reference values), and a reference speed of 200r/min. It is precisely tailored for harsh conditions in large-scale ball mills in mining, heavy-duty rolling mills in metallurgy, and cement rotary kilns, meeting the demands of ultra-heavy loads, strong adaptability, and long-term operation.
