SL04-5010PP is a heavy-duty double-row full complement cylindrical roller bearing for construction machinery, specially designed for low-speed and heavy-duty working conditions of excavators and other equipment, with core specifications of 50mm inner diameter, 80mm outer diameter and 40mm width. The whole bearing is forged from GCr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel, with a cage-free full roller structure to greatly improve radial load capacity. It is equipped with double-sided PP lip seals, pre-filled with long-life grease, which is dustproof, waterproof and sediment-proof without frequent maintenance. The bearing has a static load capacity of 151kN and a dynamic load capacity of 102kN, with a rated speed limit of 2600r/min under grease lubrication conditions, and can withstand extremely high pure radial loads. It is widely used in the construction machinery industry such as excavators and loaders, and is mainly matched with heavy-duty rotating parts of traveling mechanisms such as track pulleys and idlers.
