23096K/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with a 1:12 conical hole in the inner ring (K) and an oil groove and oil hole on the outer ring (W33). Its core positioning is to fit a 480mm conical shaft, and it is suitable for the core supporting components of low-speed heavy-load large equipment that require online oil replenishment and convenient assembly and disassembly. The core advantages are automatic self-aligning (≤2°), bidirectional axial load-bearing, and the outer ring oil groove for oil injection support continuous lubrication. It solves the problems of misalignment, deflection deformation, heavy-load impact, and long-term operation lubrication maintenance in industries such as metallurgy, mining, and construction. It is suitable for equipment such as rolling mills, crushers, roller presses, and port cranes. It uses GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing rings and rolling elements, with a pressed cage, which is wear-resistant and impact-resistant. The rated dynamic load is approximately 3900kN, and the static load is approximately 6800kN. Grease lubrication is ≤400r/min, and oil lubrication is ≤480r/min. It balances high load and low maintenance, ensuring long-term stable operation under harsh conditions.
