23036CAK/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 180mm (1:12 taper conical hole), an outer diameter of 280mm, and a width of 74mm. Its core function is to be compatible with optical shafts and locking sleeves for quick assembly and disassembly, capable of withstanding extremely large radial loads and bidirectional medium axial loads, and requiring continuous grease replenishment for critical supporting components of heavy-duty precision equipment. It is made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel through quenching and heat treatment to enhance hardness and fatigue resistance. The brass solid cage is resistant to high temperatures and impacts. The W33 outer ring's annular lubrication groove and 3 lubrication holes design are suitable for continuous grease replenishment in heavy-duty conditions, and it comes with an automatic self-aligning function that can compensate for installation coaxiality errors and shaft bending deformations.
