The 239/530CA/W33 is a self-aligning roller bearing, primarily designed for heavy-duty applications and mechanical transmission systems that require self-aligning capabilities. Structurally, it features an integral brass-machined cage, small flanges on both sides of the inner ring, no middle flange, and symmetrical arrangement of rollers. This design gives it high rigidity and shock resistance. The outer ring raceway is spherical, and the inner ring has two raceways with two rows of barrel-shaped rollers in between, which can automatically compensate for angular misalignment between the shaft and the bearing housing, providing excellent self-aligning performance. In terms of performance, the bearing has an inner diameter of 530mm, an outer diameter of 710mm, and a thickness of 136mm. It offers a high radial load-carrying capacity and can also withstand certain bidirectional axial loads. Its basic dynamic load rating is up to 3104KN, the basic static load rating is 6499KN, the reference speed is 500r/min, and the limiting speed is 900r/min. In terms of application, the 239/530CA/W33 bearing is mainly used in mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, large gearboxes, papermaking machinery, and other applications that require extremely high radial load-carrying capacity and certain axial load-carrying capacity, especially in situations where there is shaft bending deformation, installation errors causing angular misalignment, or environments with vibration and shock loads.
