23964/W33 is a self-aligning roller bearing with a ring-shaped oil groove and three oil holes on the outer ring (W33 structure). The core feature is its suitability for heavy-duty, vibration-prone conditions that require long-term stable lubrication. It also has self-aligning compensation capabilities, addressing the lubrication and maintenance challenges of heavy-duty equipment in harsh environments. Based on the heavy-duty and self-aligning advantages of the 23964 base model, the W33 lubrication design enables connection to an external oil circuit, achieving continuous oil supply, extending maintenance intervals, and is suitable for large-scale rolling mills, mining crushers, cement rotary kilns, and other heavy-duty equipment that requires continuous operation. It retains the double-row rollers and spherical outer ring raceway structure, capable of withstanding radial heavy loads (approximately 1310 kN of basic rated dynamic load and approximately 2750 kN of static load), compensating for angle errors or installation deviations of ≤ 0.5° between the shaft and the bearing housing, and avoiding bearing damage due to shaft deflection or insufficient installation accuracy.
