23048CA/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 240mm, an outer diameter of 360mm, and a width of 92mm. Its core function is to provide primary support for heavy-duty and highly-vibratory equipment such as the working rolls of metallurgical rolling mills, eccentric shafts of mining crushers, the main shafts of cement vertical mills, input shafts of heavy-duty reducers, and the rotating mechanisms of port cranes. The "CA" suffix indicates that it uses symmetrical spherical rollers and copper alloy sleeve-type cages, which have strong shock resistance and vibration absorption capabilities, are suitable for high-frequency vibration conditions, and support online oil replenishment without stopping the machine. The "W33" suffix represents that the outer ring has a ring-shaped lubrication groove and 3 lubrication holes, which support online oil replenishment without stopping the machine. The cylindrical hole is designed in a standard manner to fit shafts with shoulder-shaped shaft necks, ensuring precise and stable installation. No additional fastening/retention sleeves are required for assembly. It can compensate for ≤2° of installation misalignment and shaft deflection. It has high load-bearing capacity, bidirectional axial load-bearing capacity, and shock resistance. The material is GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel, which undergoes deep quenching and heat treatment to HRC60-64. It is wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 1160kN, and the basic rated static load is approximately 2140kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 530-550r/min, and the oil lubrication speed is approximately 670-700r/min. The recommended practical use is to control the speed within 70% of the limit speed to reduce temperature rise. General lithium-based grease is pre-filled, and in harsh conditions such as heavy impact, dust, or high temperatures, extreme pressure lithium-based grease or high-temperature-specific lubricants can be replaced. Compared to steel cage models, it can better withstand harsh conditions and meet the long-term continuous and stable operation requirements of the equipment.
