23048CAK/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 240mm, an outer diameter of 360mm, and a width of 92mm. Its core function is to provide a highly reliable main support for the shaft systems of large equipment with heavy loads, strong vibrations, and limited maintenance windows, such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement vertical mills, heavy reducers, and port cranes. The suffix "CA" indicates that it is a symmetrical spherical roller with a copper alloy sleeve bearing. It has strong shock absorption and vibration resistance, suitable for high-frequency vibration conditions. The suffix "K" represents a 1:12 conical hole design, which is suitable for installation of locking sleeves/retention sleeves on shafts without shoulders. It is quick to install and disassemble with controllable clearance, and the suffix "W33" gives the outer ring a circular lubrication groove and 3 lubrication holes structure, enabling online lubrication and extending the maintenance cycle. It can compensate for ≤2° of installation misalignment and shaft deflection, has bidirectional axial bearing capacity, and uses GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel with deep quenching and heat treatment to HRC60-64.
