230/500CAKF3/HAW33X is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing (CA = symmetrical rollers + brass solid cage; K = 1:12 conical hole, suitable for quick disassembly and fine adjustment of locking sleeves/retaining sleeves and axial clearance; F3 = three-point lubrication grooves + oil injection holes on the outer ring, HA = high load enhancement design, W33X = annular oil grooves on the outer ring + oil injection holes and optimized sealing adaptation, compatible with long-term grease replenishment and sealing protection) that is adapted to heavy-duty shaft systems with an inner diameter of 500mm. Its core function is to be used as the core supporting component for heavy-duty impact, high-temperature, dusty, and requiring frequent grease replenishment and dual strengthening of sealing and bearing in extreme working conditions such as metallurgical hot continuous rolling machines, mine cone crushers, cement vertical mills/roller presses, port portal cranes' rotating mechanisms, heavy forging presses, large planetary reducers, etc. It achieves bidirectional heavy-duty bearing capacity and ≤2.5° automatic self-aligning through a symmetrical roller structure, adapts to shaft deflection and installation misalignment, F3 + W33X composite lubrication structure realizes multi-point synchronous grease replenishment and annular global lubrication, HA enhancement design improves fatigue resistance and impact resistance, rated dynamic load is approximately 4358kN, static load is approximately 7800kN, grease lubrication is ≤320r/min, oil lubrication is ≤380r/min.
