230/500CAKF3 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing specifically designed for heavy-duty shaft systems with an inner diameter of 500mm (CA = symmetrical rollers + brass solid cage; K = 1:12 conical hole, suitable for quick installation and fine adjustment of locking sleeves/retention sleeves for tight fit; F3 = outer ring with three lubrication grooves + three oil injection holes, supporting multi-point synchronous grease replenishment and suitable for long-term lubrication requirements under high temperatures/dust and heavy loads). The core application is for supporting rollers of metallurgical hot continuous rolling machines, the main shafts of mining cone crushers, cement vertical mills/roller presses, the rotating mechanisms of port portal cranes, heavy forging presses, large planetary reducers, etc., which are core supporting components in scenarios of heavy-duty impact, high temperatures, dust, and requiring long-term lubrication and frequent disassembly and maintenance. The symmetrical roller structure enables bidirectional heavy-duty bearing capacity and ≤2.5° automatic self-aligning. It is suitable for shaft deflection and installation misalignment. The F3 multi-point lubrication structure significantly improves lubrication coverage and anti-pollution capabilities. The rated dynamic load is approximately 4358kN, the static load is approximately 7800kN, grease lubrication is ≤320r/min, oil lubrication is ≤380r/min.
