230/500 is a large-sized double-row self-aligning roller bearing. Its core function is to be compatible with heavy-duty shaft systems with an inner diameter of 500mm, and to serve as the core supporting component for large-scale equipment that deals with extremely heavy loads and complex working conditions. With its large-sized structural design, excellent automatic self-aligning capability (≤2.5°) and bidirectional axial load-bearing characteristics, it solves the problems of heavy-load impact, shaft deflection deformation and installation misalignment in the shaft systems of heavy equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement roller presses, and large port cranes. It is made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel for the raceway and rolling elements, which is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, suitable for low-speed heavy-load operation conditions, and takes into account stable support and long service life, ensuring that ultra-large heavy machinery can operate continuously and reliably under harsh and high-load conditions.
