230/500/C3W33 is a large-sized double-row self-aligning roller bearing. Its core function is to be compatible with ultra-heavy-duty shaft systems with an inner diameter of 500mm, requiring large clearance (C3) and continuous lubrication (W33). It is designed for the core supporting components of large equipment that need to withstand large loads and provide continuous lubrication. With its large clearance for adapting to thermal expansion conditions, outer ring oil groove oil injection holes for on-site oil replenishment, automatic self-aligning (≤2.5°), and ultra-heavy-duty bearing capacity, it solves the problems of shaft misalignment, difficult lubrication maintenance, and heavy-load impact in equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, and cement roller presses under high load, thermal deformation, and harsh dust conditions. It uses GCr15 bearing steel and stamped brass cages, which are resistant to wear and impact. The rated dynamic load is approximately 4500kN, and the static load is approximately 8200kN. Grease lubrication is ≤320r/min, and oil lubrication is ≤380r/min. It balances high load-bearing capacity and long-term stable operation, and is suitable for ultra-heavy machinery that requires long-term continuous operation.
