230/500/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing designed for 500mm inner diameter ultra-heavy-duty shaft systems. Its core function is to serve as a heavy-duty core support component for heavy equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement roller presses, and large port cranes. The outer ring's W33 annular oil groove and oil injection holes enable continuous on-site oil replenishment. The double-row roller structure can withstand bidirectional heavy loads and ≤2.5° shaft misalignment, addressing the challenges of difficult lubrication maintenance and shaft deflection under high load, axial flexure, and harsh dust conditions. It is made of GCr15 bearing steel and stamped brass cages, featuring wear resistance and impact resistance. The rated dynamic load is approximately 4358kN, and the static load is approximately 7800kN. The grease lubrication rate is ≤320r/min, and the oil lubrication rate is ≤380r/min. It is suitable for long-term continuous operation of ultra-heavy machinery and balances heavy load bearing and long-term stable operation. It provides high-reliability shaft system support and easy maintenance for large equipment.
