23096K is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with a 1:12 conical hole in the inner ring. Its core positioning is to adapt to 480mm conical shafts, and it is suitable for low-speed heavy-load large equipment core support components that require convenient installation and disassembly as well as radial preload. By virtue of the automatic self-aligning (≤2°), bidirectional axial load-bearing, and rapid installation and disassembly of the conical hole, it solves the pain points of misalignment, flexural deformation, heavy-load impact, and frequent maintenance in heavy machinery in industries such as metallurgy, mining, and construction materials. It is suitable for equipment such as rolling mills, crushers, roller presses, and port cranes. It uses GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing rings and rolling elements, combined with a stamped cage, with excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. The rated dynamic load is approximately 3900kN, and the static load is approximately 6800kN. Grease lubrication is ≤400r/min, and oil lubrication is ≤480r/min. It balances high load-bearing performance and low maintenance costs, ensuring the equipment operates stably and long-term under harsh conditions.
