LR5307 is a double-row track roller bearing specially designed for heavy industrial equipment, adopting a high-strength integrated structure with double-row rolling elements. The bearing is equipped with a high-precision stamped steel cage, with double rows of rolling elements evenly distributed, which can maximize load dispersion, avoid local stress concentration, reduce friction, collision and jamming between rolling elements, lower equipment operation noise, and improve the smoothness of the bearing's heavy-duty operation.
In terms of lubrication configuration, the LR5307 track roller bearing adopts lithium-based grease lubrication as the standard configuration, equipped with heavy-duty extreme pressure lithium-based grease as standard. This grease has super strong adhesion, extreme pressure resistance and high and low temperature adaptability, and can be used stably under conventional industrial working conditions of -20℃ to 120℃. After filling, it can form a high-strength, extrusion-resistant lubricating protective film between the raceway and rolling elements, completely isolating the direct friction of metal contact surfaces, greatly reducing the friction coefficient under heavy-duty rolling and reducing component wear. In addition, the grease has good sealing retention, is not easy to lose under heavy-duty and low-speed working conditions, and has a long maintenance cycle, which can effectively control the daily maintenance cost of heavy equipment. If the equipment is in special harsh working conditions such as high temperature, heavy dust, water and excessive powder, the grease can be supplemented or replaced with special high-temperature and waterproof lithium-based grease as needed, and protective accessories such as dust covers and double-sided sealing rings can be matched at the same time to further improve the environmental adaptability and use stability of the bearing.
As an ultra-heavy track roller bearing, LR5307 features super strong radial load bearing capacity, and can bear both ultra-heavy radial load and slight bidirectional axial load at the same time, adapting to various industrial ultra-heavy rolling support scenarios. Its rated static load reaches 162kN and rated dynamic load is 94kN, which can stably cope with various load forms such as continuous ultra-heavy load and intermittent high-intensity impact load, fully meeting the ultimate bearing requirements of heavy equipment. Under the conventional working condition of grease lubrication, the limiting speed of the bearing is 2400r/min, and the actual service speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the equipment installation accuracy, load size and working condition environment, which is generally suitable for low-speed, ultra-heavy rolling operation scenarios, and is a core basic component for rolling support of various heavy industrial equipment.
