16010 is an ultra-thin wall deep groove ball bearing of the 1000 series (16000 sub-series), a precision bearing adapted to the high-speed and light-load scenarios of medium and large-sized equipment in the industrial field. As a classic type of deep groove ball bearing, the 16010 can bear both radial load and slight bidirectional axial load at the same time, adapting to various transmission scenarios of light-load composite loads. Its rated static load is 11.3kN and rated dynamic load is 14.7kN, with a bearing capacity accurately matching the light-load operation requirements of medium and large-sized equipment, which can stably cope with continuous light loads and intermittent micro-impact loads under high-speed operation. The bearing is specially designed for high-speed working conditions with excellent high-speed performance. The limiting speed can reach 11000r/min under the conventional working condition of grease lubrication, and can be increased to 15000r/min if oil lubrication is adopted. The actual service speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the installation accuracy, working condition environment and load size of the equipment. If the equipment installation accuracy reaches P6/P5 grade and the load is light, it can be used close to the limiting speed.
