GE110ES-2RS

GE110ES-2RS is a radial spherical plain bearing with a double-sided rubber seal structure, specially designed for low-speed, heavy-duty, angular oscillation and combined load working conditions. The bearing has an inner diameter of 110mm, outer diameter of 160mm, and width of 75mm, featuring a stable structure and large effective load-bearing area.

It is made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15. The inner and outer rings undergo precise heat treatment, grinding and superfinishing, resulting in high hardness, excellent wear resistance and strong impact resistance. It can withstand heavy radial loads and combined bidirectional axial loads simultaneously, adapting to complex movements such as deflection, oscillation and tilting, with stable operation and long service life.

Lubrication is provided by pre-filled long-effect grease inside the bearing, together with 2RS double seals, which can effectively retain grease, prevent dust, water and impurities from entering, greatly extend the lubrication cycle and reduce maintenance frequency, making it suitable for harsh environments like dusty and humid conditions.

The basic static load rating is about 980kN, and the basic dynamic load rating is about 245kN. Due to structural characteristics, its limiting speed is relatively low, so it is mainly applied to low-speed heavy-duty motion scenarios.

GE110ES-2RS is widely used in construction machinery, hydraulic cylinders, hinge mechanisms, hoisting equipment, metallurgical machinery, mining machinery, automation equipment, agricultural machinery articulation, port machinery and various heavy-duty oscillating joint positions.
