23121K/W33 is a medium-sized double-row spherical roller bearing. Its core positioning is to be suitable for general long-cycle operating conditions with medium shaft diameters, medium speed and medium load, requiring convenient installation and disassembly of tapered bores, and online lubrication maintenance. It uses basic spherical rollers and stamped cages to meet conventional load-bearing requirements. The 1:12 tapered bore, matched with adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves, enables quick installation, disassembly and axial positioning. The outer ring with W33 annular oil groove and 3 evenly distributed oil holes supports the replenishment of lubricating grease without disassembling the machine. At the same time, it has an automatic self-aligning performance of ≤2.5°, which can compensate for installation errors and shaft deflection deformation. It provides a cost-effective and easy-to-maintain support solution for medium-sized transmission equipment such as general reducers, main shafts of conveying machinery, small and medium-sized metallurgical equipment, etc., which have a shaft diameter of 105mm, are inconvenient to stop for maintenance, and are cost-sensitive.
