22315KMB/W33+H2315 is a tapered bore spherical roller bearing matched with an adapter sleeve. Made of high-quality bearing steel with precision processing, it features high rigidity, heavy load capacity and excellent impact resistance. It has self-aligning performance to compensate shaft installation deviation. Equipped with W33 oil grooves and lubrication holes, it is easy for greasing and heat dissipation, wear-resistant and durable, suitable for heavy-load and dusty harsh working conditions.
Applications

Installation & Usage
First fit the H2315 adapter sleeve onto the standard straight shaft, then mount the 22315K tapered bore bearing on the outer side of the sleeve. Tighten the lock nut to make the sleeve clamp the shaft firmly. The self-aligning design can automatically correct shaft misalignment. Refill lubricating grease regularly, avoid overloading, eccentric load, dust and water ingress, and prevent strong impact during operation.
Service Life
Under standard working conditions with correct installation and regular lubrication maintenance, its service life can reach 3 to 5 years. In clean and light-load environments, it can last more than 5 years. Under continuous 24-hour operation, heavy dust, humid and heavy-load conditions, the service life is about 1.5 to 3 years. Proper daily maintenance can effectively extend its working time.
