239/670/C4W33 is a super-large-sized, C4-level bearing with large clearance. Its core function is to provide a stable support and an automatic centering component for medium and low-speed heavy machinery that is subjected to extreme heavy loads, has angular deviations, and requires adaptation to strong vibrations and thermal deformation. It achieves angle deviation compensation through dual-row spherical rollers + spherical outer raceways. The "C4" large clearance can efficiently buffer strong vibrations, compensate for thermal expansion, and prevent jamming and wear. The "W33" outer race oil grooves and oil holes ensure continuous lubrication. Combined with a super-large size of 670mm in diameter, 900mm in length, and 180mm in width, it has a rated dynamic load of approximately 4700kN and a rated static load of 9500kN. With a reference rotational speed of 360r/min (with a limit rotational speed of 700r/min), it precisely adapts to demanding equipment such as super-large steel rolling machines' support rollers and extremely heavy crushers' main shafts, while meeting the requirements for support stability and complex condition adaptation.
