It is suitable for heavy-duty, low to medium-speed applications with shafts prone to deviation or misalignment and requiring convenient grease replenishment under normal temperature difference conditions. It solves the problems of coaxiality deviation and lubrication maintenance caused by installation errors and shaft deflection of heavy equipment, ensuring long-term reliable operation of heavy machinery. This bearing has an inner diameter of 360mm, an outer diameter of 540mm, and a width of 134mm. It adopts a symmetrical spherical roller structure. The raceway and rolling elements are made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel (hardness HRC 60-64), and is equipped with a brass integral cage. It has high rigidity, impact resistance and wear fatigue performance. The outer ring has a W33 annular lubrication groove + oil injection hole that supports online non-stop grease replenishment. It is pre-filled with extreme pressure lithium-based grease. In harsh conditions, synthetic grease can be upgraded. Maintenance is convenient. Its basic rated dynamic load is 2850kN, and the static load is 4640kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 500r/min, and the oil lubrication is approximately 630r/min. In actual conditions, it is recommended to operate at ≤ 70% of the limit speed to extend the service life. The self-aligning ability can compensate for the angle error between the shaft and the bearing housing or the coaxiality deviation caused by shaft bending. It can simultaneously withstand large radial loads and bidirectional axial loads. It is particularly suitable for metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement mills, port cranes, large reducers, heavy conveyors, building materials machinery, etc. It is compatible with heavy-duty low to medium-speed applications under normal temperature difference conditions where shafts are prone to deviation or misalignment and require online lubrication maintenance.
