This bearing has an inner diameter of 360mm, an outer diameter of 540mm, and a width of 134mm. It adopts a symmetrical spherical roller structure. The raceway and rolling elements are made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel (hardness HRC 60-64), and is equipped with a brass integral cage. It has high rigidity, impact resistance, and wear-resistant fatigue properties. The C3 increased clearance design enables it to better adapt to environments with large temperature differences and significant shaft thermal expansion and contraction, effectively avoiding the risks of insufficient clearance or jamming caused by temperature changes. The maintenance is convenient. Its basic rated dynamic load is 2850kN, the static load is 4640kN, the grease lubrication limit speed is 500r/min, and the oil lubrication limit speed is 630r/min. In actual operation, it is recommended to run at ≤70% of the limit speed to extend the lifespan.
