23064CAK/W33 is a double-row tapered-hole self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 320mm, an outer diameter of 480mm, and a width of 121mm. Its core function is to provide a quick concentric installation and alignment for the core shaft systems of heavy-duty low-to-medium speed equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement mills, and port cranes. It offers the ability to support online non-stop grease replenishment while adapting to thermal expansion and misalignment of the shaft system. The bearing features a CA-type brass integral cage that ensures stable operation and high heat dissipation efficiency under heavy loads. The K designation indicates a 1:12 tapered hole that fits with a locking sleeve for quick installation and axial pre-tightening. The W33 outer ring has a ring-shaped lubrication groove and three oil injection holes, which support online grease replenishment to meet the requirements of continuous operation. It can withstand large radial loads and bidirectional light axial loads, and has a self-aligning capability of ≤2° to deal with shaft deflection and installation misalignment.
