23032CK is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with a 1:12 taper conical hole (suffix K). Its core function is to provide a highly rigid, easy-to-assemble, and highly resistant-to-interference stable rotational support for heavy equipment in the metallurgy, mining, and heavy machinery sectors that are subjected to large radial loads, have axis misalignment and impact conditions, and require frequent disassembly and adjustment. It is suitable for heavy-duty shafting scenarios with high requirements for installation flexibility and adaptability to working conditions, and limited maintenance space. This bearing follows the basic specifications of the 23032 series, with an inner diameter of 160mm, an outer diameter of 240mm, and a width of 60mm. It uses symmetrical rollers combined with conical holes equipped with matching locking rings or disassembly rings, allowing for flexible adjustment of the interference fit between the bearing and the shaft, simplifying the installation and disassembly process and compensating for the slight deformation of the shaft, ensuring operational accuracy.
