230/500CAF3 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing specifically designed for the 500mm inner diameter ultra-heavy-duty shaft system (CA = symmetrical rollers + brass solid cage + cylindrical bore; F3 = outer ring with oil shedding ring / oil guide groove, optimized for enhanced lubrication cycle and heat dissipation, suitable for high-speed and heavy-duty operating conditions). The core function is to serve as a heavy-duty and highly reliable core support component for heavy equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement roller presses, port cranes, and heavy forging machinery, capable of achieving bidirectional heavy-duty bearing capacity and ≤2.5° automatic self-aligning, suitable for shaft deflection and installation misalignment conditions. The F3 oil guide structure optimizes lubrication efficiency and heat dissipation capacity. The rated dynamic load is approximately 4358kN, and the static load is approximately 7800kN. Grease lubrication is ≤320r/min, and oil lubrication is ≤380r/min. It solves the problems of lubrication failure and life reduction under heavy-load impacts, shaft deflection, and high-temperature conditions, ensuring the long-term continuous and stable operation of ultra-heavy equipment.
