2. Analysis of Structural Details
(1) Spherical Outer Ring Ball Bearing Part
Outer Ring Design: The outer diameter surface is ground into a standard spherical surface with high precision. The radius of curvature of the spherical surface is accurately calculated, and the fitting clearance with the inner hole of the housing is controlled within 0.02-0.05mm (to ensure the self-aligning function).
Inner Ring Fitting: It adopts a transition fit (such as H7/k6 tolerance class) with the equipment shaft, balancing the firmness of assembly and the convenience of later disassembly and maintenance.
Internal Components:
Rolling Elements: Made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (SUJ2) with G10 grade precision, and the hardness reaches HRC60-65 after heat treatment.

Functional Design:
Mounting Holes: Holes with specifications of M10-M16 are set on the top, and the hole position tolerance is grade H9 to ensure accurate alignment of bolt connections.
Wear-Resistant Bushing: High-end models are equipped with tin-bronze (ZCuSn10Pb1) bushings at the inner hole to reduce friction on the outer ring and facilitate separate replacement to reduce costs.
Lubrication Structure: A straight-through grease nipple of M6×1 is equipped on the side or top. It is recommended to inject lithium-based grease (GB/T 7324), with a lubrication cycle of 200-300 hours (under conventional working conditions).

Locking Methods: Regular models use set screws (such as 2 M5 set screws on the inner ring) and eccentric sleeves; high-end models adopt a double locking structure of "set screw + eccentric sleeve" (for example, UEPA206 model has an eccentricity of 0.5mm and a fitting clearance of 0.01-0.03mm).
Disassembly Advantage: No special tools such as pullers are needed; the bearing can be separated from the shaft by loosening the set screw and rotating the eccentric sleeve, improving maintenance efficiency.
Suitable Scenarios: Equipment with a rotating speed of ≤3000r/min.
(2) Space and Self-Aligning Adaptability
Space Adaptability: It can be embedded in equipment cavities with a width of only 50mm (such as the mixing shaft of food equipment). The flat design at the bottom of the housing allows direct fitting and installation without gaskets.
Self-Aligning Ability: When the shaft is slightly misaligned, the spherical outer ring can rotate slightly in the inner hole of the housing to automatically adjust the force bearing, avoiding local overload of rolling elements.
(3) Load-Bearing and Sealing Performance
Load-Bearing Capacity:
Radial Load: The diameter and quantity of rolling elements are optimized (for example, UEPA207 uses 10 rolling elements with a diameter of 8mm, and the rated radial load is 28.3kN).
Axial Load: The rib structure on both sides of the inner ring can bear an axial load equivalent to 1/3 of the radial load, suitable for scenarios with slight axial movement (such as the tensioning shaft of a conveyor belt).
Sealing Protection:
Double-Lip Seal: Made of nitrile rubber (NBR), with a structure of "dust-proof lip + water-proof lip", a contact pressure of 0.1-0.2MPa, and an IP54 protection level, suitable for conventional dust/water environments.
