23964CA/W33 is a self-aligning roller bearing with symmetrical double raceways on the inner ring (CA structure) and a ring-shaped oil groove and three oil holes on the outer ring (W33 structure). The core feature is its suitability for heavy-duty, highly vibration-prone industrial scenarios that require long-term stable lubrication. It also has self-aligning compensation capabilities, addressing the lubrication maintenance and installation deviation issues of heavy-duty equipment during continuous operation. Based on the heavy-duty and self-aligning advantages of the 23964CA base model, through the W33 lubrication design, it can access an external oil circuit to achieve continuous oil supply, extend maintenance intervals, and is suitable for large-scale rolling mills, mining crushers, cement rotary kilns, etc., which are heavy-duty equipment that require continuous operation. It retains the double-row symmetrical spherical rollers and the spherical raceway structure of the outer ring, can withstand radial heavy loads (approximately 1300 kN of basic rated dynamic load and approximately 2750 kN of static load), and can compensate for angle errors or installation deviations of the shaft and bearing housing of ≤ 0.5°, avoiding bearing damage caused by shaft deflection.
