Its core function is to provide a key component for medium and low-speed large equipment that needs to withstand extreme radial heavy loads, has installation deviations, and needs to adapt to strong vibrations and thermal deformation, offering stable support, automatic alignment, and long-lasting lubrication. It achieves 1-2.5° alignment through the spherical raceway of the outer ring and the double raceways of the inner ring, compensating for shaft bending or installation deviations. The "C4" large clearance can buffer strong vibrations, compensate for heavy-load thermal expansion, and avoid jamming and wear; the "W33" outer ring oil grooves and oil holes ensure continuous lubrication, extending the lifespan; with an inner diameter of 710mm, outer diameter of 950mm, and width of 180mm, it can handle approximately 4800kN dynamic load, 11700kN static load, and a reference rotational speed of 340r/min (with a limit rotational speed of 650r/min), precisely adapting to harsh working conditions of mining heavy machinery, large metallurgical equipment, etc., and meeting the requirements of stable support, suitable working conditions, and long-term operation.
