23096CAK/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing. Its core function is to adapt to a 480mm 1:12 conical shaft (with the suffix "K"), the outer ring has a ring-shaped oil groove and three oil injection holes (with the suffix "W33"), and it is a low-speed heavy-duty core support for large equipment with a core structure of CA-type stamped brass cage. The size is 480×700×165mm. With the automatic self-aligning function (≤2°), bidirectional axial load-bearing, easy disassembly and assembly of the conical hole, and the long-lasting oil supply capability of the W33 lubrication structure of the outer ring, it solves the problems of misalignment, deflection, heavy-load impact and lubrication maintenance in heavy machinery in industries such as metallurgy, mining and construction materials. It is suitable for equipment with harsh working conditions such as rolling mills, crushers, roller presses, port cranes, etc., which require frequent maintenance or continuous lubrication. It also takes into account high load capacity (rated dynamic load approximately 3900kN, static load approximately 6800kN), easy disassembly and assembly, and low downtime. Grease lubrication ≤ 400r/min, oil lubrication ≤ 480r/min. The inner ring and rolling elements are made of GCr15 bearing steel. It is resistant to impact and wear. The conical hole design supports rapid disassembly and radial pre-tightening with hydraulic nuts. The W33 structure of the outer ring can achieve efficient online grease replenishment, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime, ensuring the equipment operates stably under heavy load, vibration, dust and other complex conditions.
