23076K/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 380mm, an outer diameter of 560mm, and a width of 135mm. It features a 1:12 conical hole (K) and an oil hole for the outer ring lubrication (W33). The core positioning is designed to provide a stable support with high rigidity for low-speed heavy-load shaft systems in heavy equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement mills, and port crane slewing mechanisms. It is suitable for the AOH3076 removal sleeve (matching an axle diameter of 360mm). The inner ring and rolling elements are made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 2570kN, and the static load is approximately 4790kN. The grease lubrication speed is approximately 630r/min, and the oil lubrication speed is approximately 800r/min. It can effectively compensate for shaft deflection and installation deviations, withstand heavy loads and strong vibrations, and is suitable for heavy, medium-speed, and low-speed equipment in industries such as metallurgy, mining, construction materials, and ports.
