23048/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 240mm, an outer diameter of 360mm, and a width of 92mm (cylindrical bore design). The core positioning is a large shaft system rigid support solution for heavy-duty and high-vibration conditions requiring long-term continuous operation, supporting on-site grease replenishment, and compensating for installation misalignment (≤2°). It balances high load capacity, convenient operation and maintenance, and operational stability. It is suitable for heavy equipment shaft ends or intermediate supports in industries such as metallurgy, mining, cement, and ports where shafts are prone to bending and difficult to stop for maintenance. It uses GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel (HRC60-64) and impact-resistant copper alloy cages. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 1160kN, and the static load is approximately 2060-2200kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 530-550r/min, and the oil lubrication is approximately 670-700r/min. The W33 structure features an annular lubrication groove on the outer ring and 3 lubrication holes, enabling on-site grease replenishment without stopping the machine. This significantly extends the maintenance cycle and service life of the bearing. Compared to 23048 without the W33 suffix, it is more suitable for long-term continuous operation scenarios of heavy-duty equipment.
