23044/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 220mm, an outer diameter of 340mm, and a width of 90mm (W33 represents the outer ring with a ring-shaped lubrication groove and 3 lubrication holes). The core function is to be a large-scale main support component for the main shaft system under heavy-load long-term operation conditions, featuring high load capacity, self-aligning compensation, and online lubrication maintenance capabilities. It can compensate for 2° installation misalignment and shaft deflection, and can withstand large radial loads and bidirectional medium axial loads. The cylindrical hole is suitable for standardized installation with a flanged shaft neck, without the need for additional tightening/retaining sleeves. The W33 structure of the outer ring supports online lubrication replenishment without stopping the machine, extending the maintenance cycle and bearing life. Compared to the 23044 model without W33, it is more suitable for long-term continuous operation, high-frequency lubrication maintenance, and heavy-load equipment.
