23036/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing (with a cylindrical hole standard structure, the outer ring featuring a W33 ring-shaped lubrication groove and 3 lubrication holes). The core positioning is to be compatible with the key supporting components of large heavy-duty equipment that have an inner diameter of 180mm, an outer diameter of 280mm, and a width of 74mm. It has an excellent automatic self-aligning ability to compensate for the angle deviation and bending deformation of the shaft system, can withstand extremely large radial loads and bidirectional medium axial loads, and effectively resist impact and vibration. It is made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel that undergoes quenching and heat treatment to ensure high hardness and fatigue resistance. The W33 structure supports long-term online grease replenishment maintenance.
