23064K is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing with an inner diameter of 320mm (1:12 conical hole), an outer diameter of 480mm, and a width of 121mm. Its core function is to provide a high-strength, strong-bearing support for the core shaft systems of heavy-duty, low-to-medium speed equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills, mining crushers, cement mills, and port cranes, which can achieve quick concentric installation and axial pre-tightening through the locking sleeve H3064, and adapt to thermal expansion and misalignment conditions of the shaft system. It can withstand large radial loads and bidirectional light axial loads, and has a self-aligning capability of ≤2° to cope with shaft deflection and installation misalignment. The raceways and rollers are made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel. The standard configuration includes high-quality cages to ensure stable operation under heavy loads. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 2348kN, and the static load is approximately 3800kN. The grease lubrication limit speed is approximately 630r/min, and the oil lubrication is approximately 800r/min. It is suitable for heavy-duty vibrating equipment that requires convenient installation, positioning, and quick maintenance and replacement.
