The 23030C is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing. Its core function is to provide stable support with high load-bearing capacity and adaptability for medium and large-sized rotating equipment in metallurgy, mining, and heavy machinery industries that are subjected to heavy loads and have misalignment issues in the shaft system. It maintains a fixed specification of 150mm inner diameter, 225mm outer diameter, and 56mm width. It has a basic rated dynamic load of 531kN and a basic rated static load of 750kN. It can not only bear strong radial loads but also handle bidirectional axial loads, easily adapting to the complex force scenarios during equipment operation. Its special double-row roller structure combined with spherical outer raceways has excellent automatic self-aligning performance, which can flexibly resolve installation deviations between the shaft and the bearing housing and the bending problems generated during the operation of the shaft system, avoiding additional stress that may cause damage to the bearing and the equipment. This bearing is often equipped with a stamped steel cage, balancing structural stability and cost-effectiveness.
