230/750CAF3/W33 is a super-large double-row self-aligning roller bearing (inner diameter 750mm, outer diameter 1090mm, width 250mm). Its core positioning is to be suitable for the core support of ultra-large low-speed heavy-load equipment in industries such as metallurgy, mining, cement, and wind power. The CA structure (double-sided guard on the inner ring + integral brass cage) ensures high rigidity and stability of roller guidance. F3 (3 evenly distributed lubrication holes on the outer ring) and W33 (ring-shaped oil groove + 3 lubrication holes on the outer ring) are stacked to enhance the ability of on-site oil replenishment, enabling radial heavy-load + bidirectional axial bearing + automatic self-aligning (allowing an angle deviation of ≤ 2.5°). It is suitable for long-term non-stop operation, strong vibration and impact, and high requirements for coaxiality compensation and continuous lubrication, such as support rollers of rolling mills, ball mills, vertical mills, rotary kilns, wind turbine main shafts, etc. of core components. It takes into account high load-bearing capacity, impact resistance and maintenance convenience, and is a key basic component for the reliable operation of ultra-large heavy-load equipment. The grease lubrication speed is ≤ 220 r/min, and the basic rated dynamic load is approximately 9650 kN, and the static load is approximately 18600 kN.
