230/530K/W33 is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing. Its core function is to be applied to heavy-duty equipment in industries such as metallurgy, mining, and cement, which are characterized by low-speed, heavy loads, and easily deformed shaft systems, as well as installation misalignment. Such equipment includes support rollers for rolling mills, ball mills, vertical mills, and crane rotation mechanisms, etc. This bearing provides an integrated supporting solution that combines high rigidity for heavy-load bearing, 1°–2.5° self-aligning compensation capability, an outer ring with a W33 lubrication groove and oil holes that allow for long-term online grease replenishment, and an inner ring with a 1:12 conical hole that is compatible with a tightening sleeve or disassembly sleeve for quick assembly and precise gap adjustment. Its inner diameter is 530mm, outer diameter is 780mm, and width is 185mm. The basic rated dynamic load is approximately 4400kN, and the static load is approximately 9200kN. The grease lubrication speed is ≤340r/min, and the oil lubrication speed is ≤430r/min. It can efficiently withstand large radial loads and bidirectional axial loads and is suitable for the long-term stable operation and convenient maintenance requirements of heavy-duty equipment.
