230/500CAK is a double-row self-aligning roller bearing specifically designed for heavy-duty shaft systems with an inner diameter of 500mm (CA = symmetrical rollers + brass solid cage; K = 1:12 conical hole. It can be quickly installed and fine-tuned for clearance adjustment through locking sleeves/retention sleeves, suitable for variations in shaft diameter tolerance and on-site disassembly requirements). The core function is to serve as a high-adaptability core support component for heavy-duty scenarios such as working rolls/support rolls of metallurgical rolling mills, main shafts of mining crushers, roller presses for cement, rotating mechanisms of port cranes, heavy forging machinery, large reducers, etc., which require frequent maintenance and disassembly. It achieves bidirectional heavy-load bearing and ≤2.5° automatic self-aligning through a symmetrical roller structure, accommodating shaft deflection and installation misalignment. The rated dynamic load is approximately 4358kN, and the static load is approximately 7800kN. It uses grease lubrication at a rate of ≤320r/min and oil lubrication at a rate of ≤380r/min. The conical hole design significantly simplifies the on-site installation/assembly/disassembly/gap adjustment process, reducing maintenance time and costs, and solving the problems of difficult installation accuracy control, low disassembly efficiency, and shaft deflection-induced lifespan reduction in heavy-duty conditions. It ensures the long-term stable operation of heavy equipment, especially suitable for critical parts of main machines that require rapid roll/axis replacement and continuous heavy-duty operation.
